Hello!
I'm thrilled to say, I'm on the road again seeing clients across the nation, filming my documentary and eventually ending up in Nashville TN. I will be traveling along the 40 freeway. Plotting my journey as I go.
I was supposed to have left last Tuesday but, lost my voice! Hmmm... that left me, unfortunately, with a little too much time to 'think' about traveling across country by myself with two dogs. And, of course, it also gave 'others' time to give me 'their' feed back -- sometimes unsolicited!
So this 'down-time' , since last Tuesday, was really a sort of clutter, if you will...or at least an 'opening' for clutter to set in. It was a leak in the dike -so to speak; a way to stop the action and 'think' about it all. ( A good friend of mine pointed out what Hamlet said about this:
...Thus thinking does make cowards of us all,
And, in this respect...
Cautions the well...
To loose the name of action!...).
I really got to experience how challenging it can be to not be able to act on an 'Intuitive hit' immediately.(In this case the "hit" was a direction for me to get on the road -right- away).
Once I had the 'hit', but did little to turn my 'ship' around to head into that wind, what was left to fill the space was my 'thinking stuff' and other peoples' 'thinking stuff'.
And, as you know, 'thinking' and 'other peoples' thinking / opinions can really be a vision squisher! (If you read my Newsletter below, I lay out an exercise to use -to refocus- and remember your original 'picture'- when you make the 'squisher mistake' as I did above).
I had to really stop what I was doing and do specific work within myself, to get back to the 'feeling' of my original vision.

I hope you are having a great summer!
I wanted to discuss for a MOMENT today about the HUGH Affect THAT THE THOUGHT THAT YOU ARE THINKING -RIGHT NOW- THAT THOUGHT IS HAVING AN EFFECT ON WHAT YOU WANT OUT OF THIS LIFE .
(MY FAVORITE SUBJECT, NO?)
What we continually picture in our mind is sooo important. It creates a Hologram in our brain and sends out messages to the Universe of what we want THE UNIVERSE TO create FOR US.
Ask yourself, is this mental inner picture, ACTUALLY a picture OF WHAT I want to have manifested in my world?
(BECAUSE IT IS THIS -PICTURE IN YOUR HEAD AT THIS VERY MOMENT THAT IS THE ONE, RIGHT NOW,BEING ORDERED FROM THE UNIVERSES' MAIL ORDER SERVICE - EXPRESS MAIL- FOR YOU).
SO, If THIS PICTURE/THINKING IS not WHAT YOU WANT, I have , BELOW, AT LEAST ONE EXAMPLE OF WHAT YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.
Get a 5 x 7 index card and some crayons. Yes! crayons! And draw a picture of something you REALLY DO WANT to have manifested in your world.
(I was part of a conference this past weekend with teachers from the movie "What The Bleep Do We Know" and this was one of the exercises. The idea was to draw a picture with crayons of what we wanted in our own lives on each 5 x 7 card. 250 people handed in their two cards which makes it 500 cards a piece. We were asked to leave the ballroom( a huge room) come back in 20 minutes. In the meantime they taped all 500 cards around the ballroom, face down on the walls- we couldn't see our pictures- and on chairs. The next step was to come back and be blind folded. The idea was to find our cards using our Inner Guidance).
The two most important guidelines were:
1) When you loose focus or get frustrated because someone has found their card and you haven't stop re-focus on the detail of what you drew.
2) When someone bumps into you -- don't take it personally. Just realize they are trying to find their card too. Just like life. When someone 'bumps' into you or 'seems' to do something to you to offend you don't take it personally, just realize 'they are only trying to find their card like you are.'
While my hand went up in the air and asked " How much time to we have to do this?' Everyone broke out into laughter. Our instructor said, "Monique, when you are thinking thoughts like that you are in the wrong part of your brain." You must stay focused on your drawing AND ALLOW YOUR DRAWING TO FIND YOU!
Well, ............... I found both- BLIND FOLDED! I haven't been this excited about something in a long time. And we got to tape our cards to our chest. It was the greatest. I was so proud. I must say it was a truly amazing experience!
I've always known that our thoughts WERE incrediblely important, but this weekend I really got to see a quick outer manifestation. AND IT ALL HAS TO DO WITH OUR INTENDING TO really staying focused IN LIFE, NO MATTER WHAT!.
So, today, when things are not manifesting as you would like them to, stop, STOP AND REFOCUS ON your vision! And then allow your "card to find you!"
