Monique,
Here is the list of items that are needed by my evacuee family members. We appreciate anything you can do in this effort.
Men's: sz 34/32 pants, 17" neck 34/35 shirts, sz 10D wide shoes
Women's sz 6 athletic shoes, sz 10 jeans and slacks, large blouse, med blouse, sz 8 clothes, 7.5 med or narrow shoes
Toddler Girl: Baby Bed, 18 to 24 mo. clothes, (2t)
Pets: food for 2 cats & 3 dogs (Atlanta) Pedigree dog food(canned-choice cuts in sauce with beef, and dry- small chunks with bits)
My aunt called to add her sizes to the list. Size 10 in clothes and 9 to 9.5 in ladies shoes.
I should be hearing from some other relatives that were relocated to other states within the next 24 hours.
I still haven't heard any news on the whereabouts of my daughter (Rachel Kennedy McKee BD. 11/26/98). That's the only think that I need personally at this time.
How is your mother doing? Have you caught up with any other members of your family yet? I'll keep them in my prayers, and if you'd like I can enter them on the search sites I've been using. Just let me know what I can do. Lastly, I still have some room at the house and my neighbor offered a room so if you know of anyone needing space in Houston let me know.
Thanks for all your help, as usual you are a great resource and a great friend.
Sincerely,
Jeffery J Bordenave

Hey there Monique,
I have been thinking about this wish list and I dont feel right wishing for something when there are so many people with much less then we have. So for now I think it would be just a few things:
To find my sons friends: Andrew Lagarde, Emotepe Coleman, James Crier and Gilbert Mcgregor.
To thank St. Marks Episcopal School in Shreveport for excepting my children tuition free for the month of Sept. After that we might need tuition for 2 kids.
To publicaly thank all the people in Shreveport, La. who have taken us in and made us feel like it might all be alright. They have been so warm and genorous and it has renewed my faith in humanity. At this point that is all I think is really important.
Thank you for doing what you are doing. Please keep me posted. Love el
